Somniqa ("we," "us," or "our") provides a mobile application designed for parents and caregivers to help track and better understand baby sleep and related routines.

In the current version of Somniqa, your app content is stored locally on your device.
Depending on how you use the app, this may include:
- sleep logs and routines
- feeding logs
- diaper logs
- baby profile information (such as name, birth date, gestational information, sex, and similar profile fields)
- app settings and preferences
We do not currently require user accounts for the app.
3. Information Sent Outside Your Device
While core app data is stored locally, we may process limited technical data through trusted third-party services to improve app reliability and understand general app usage.
This may include:
- anonymised or aggregated usage events
- crash reports
- diagnostic data
- device type
- operating system version
- app version
- language / region settings
- timestamps

We do not use this data to personally identify you.

We currently use Google Firebase services, including:

- Firebase Crashlytics - to detect, investigate, and fix crashes or technical issues

- using the in-app delete/reset option
- uninstalling the app
Deleting the app generally removes local app data from your device, although device backups or platform-specific storage systems may retain copies outside the app.
10. International Users
Somniqa may be made available worldwide. Depending on your location, local privacy laws may provide you with additional rights.
If required by applicable law, we will honor valid privacy rights requests.
11. Future Changes
